TUG Members and Friends,

NY TRACON and Teterboro ATCT have observed that aircraft departing Teterboro on the RUUDY 4 DEPARTURE have occasionally strayed left of the published initial 240 degree track, perhaps in the interest of avoiding noise sensors.

Both agencies wish to emphasize that pilots MUST adhere precisely to both the lateral and vertical profiles defined in the RUUDY 4, and must refrain from straying left of course for any reason.

Thanks for your prompt attention and professionalism,

Your TUG Leadership
